The following is the visiting notice and travel information especially for overseas buyers. Let's check! Visiting Notice & FAQ Q: What is pre-registration? Why and how do I pre-register? A: Pre-registration allows trade visitors to register in advance for free admission. With pre-registration, you can enter without waiting for long queue at registration counters. You can successfully pre-register after submitting real information and receiving a "pre-registration confirmation" e-mail from the organizers. Q: What things do I need to prepare before I visit fair? A: 1. To receive a free e-Badge, please finish the online ‘Real-Name Pre-Registration’ before 12:00 PM March 14th (UTC/GMT+08:00). 2. Find your e-Badge from your email box and print it out. 3. Please bring your passport or ID card and a printed e-Badge for on-site identity verification. Q: As a pre-registrant, how can I enter the fair? How do I enter the fair without pre-registration? A: 1. Pre-registrant can recover paper badge at the Overseas Buyer Registration Counter by showing your printed e-Badge and ID verification documents to the staff. 2. Visitors without a valid e-Badge need to register on-site at the Overseas Buyer Registration Counter, leave name cards and pay a 100 CNY ticket. How to reach the Fair? Ⅰ. DO NOT go through immigration and reclaim your baggage. Passengers who have gone through immigration procedures CANNOT return to the ferry ticketing counter and use the ferry service. Transit to ZhongShan Port on the same day upon arriving HKIA. The staff will hold placards of Guzhen Lighting Fair at the Zhongshan Port arrival gate.
